What we say:

As you'd expect, the adidas CodeChaos Boa golf shoe is very similar to the original CodeChaos. However, we were surprised to find a few differences that warranted a completely separate review. Because of its higher ankle, the CodeChaos Boa is slightly less breathable than the original CodeChaos. The high ankle sock isn't without its advantages though, as it adds quite a bit of support. We're always a fan of boa systems, and this one is no different. It's just so easy to get the shoe to fit perfectly, and you never have to worry about laces coming untied. The traction system in the CodeChaos Boa is one of the best spikeless systems we've seen. It feels great for walking, yet at the same time grips really well on all surfaces, even really wet ones. Although the shoe may overheat a touch in really hot conditions, we still consider it great for year-round wear, We recommend the CodeChaos Boa for those searching for a custom fit that performs amazingly in just about every weather condition.
