What they say:

Built for stability, the adidas Crossknit 3.0 golf shoes give you energy return on every swing. The spikeless outsole flexes with your foot and is durable enough for everyday play, while a lightweight and water-repellent textile upper keeps your feet dry for 18 holes. A TPU heel counter and polyurethane welds in the forefoot give you the stability you need to go long off the tee.

Technology:

*Heathered textile upper - Lightweight and durable

*Breathable with zoned support - Textile upper provides breathability, while different zones of the shoe provide necessary support

*Adiwear PureMotion outsole - Adiwear provides flexibility and durability while PureMotion consists of strategically placed traction lugs .

*Boost midsole foam - Extra comfort and responsiveness

*External TPU heel counter - Extra stability

*Polyurethane stability welds - Located in the forefoot, provides extra bit of stability and durability

*Torsion system - Located between the heel and forefoot. Stabilizes foot while walking and swinging

What we say:

We were expecting the adidas Crossknit 3.0 to be almost identical to the Crossknit 2.0, but they really are different shoes. From aesthetics to performance and technology, much has changed from last year's model to this year's. First of all, although we're still not crazy on the looks of the shoe, it has improved. Second of all, unlike the Crossknit 2.0, the Crossknit 3.0 is water-repellent. Combine this with good breathability and you have an excellent golf shoe for year-round play. Although the traction system is essentially the same, we've come around a bit and find ourselves growing fonder of the Adiwear Puremotion grip, hence why we've given it an extra point. Like the Crossknit 2.0, the Crossknit 3.0 has some of the best support you're going to find in a sport-style golf shoe. In a nutshell, all this contributes to a really solid, durable, all-around golf shoe that is perhaps best suited for mid to low handicappers who walk the course and demand ultra comfort without sacrificing performance.
