The adidas Tour360 XT is an updated version of the already awesome Tour360 Boost. While the upper remains pretty much exactly the same, the outsole/traction system has gone through some revovations. The original 10-spike system has been reduced to 8 spikes, which intuitively sounds like a digression until you decipher the changes. The PureMotion permanent traction in the new Tour360 XT is just amazing, and gels incredibly well with the replaceable spikes. It is hands down one of the best traction/gripping golf shoes out there. Combine this traction with a solidly waterproof upper, and you have a shoe that performs very, very well in wet weather. The Tour360 XT can absolutely be worn year-round, but it really shines in damp/wet weather. It is essentially adidas's highest, Tour-level performance golf shoe, and is thus recommended for low handicap golfers who demand nothing but the best performance and comfort.
