The ASICS GEL-PRESHOT BOA is a solid, work-horse type of golf shoe. It doesn't necessarily feature anything that really excites us, but is does the job in all areas. Our favorite aspect of the GEL-PRESHOT BOA is the traction system. The seven cleats and surrounding permanent traction ridges keep you planted to the ground in any type of lie. We've always been a fan of BOA closure systems, and this one is no different. It just makes adjusting the fit so much easier than having to re-tie shoes. While the GEL-PRESHOT BOA does fine in most conditions, it may overheat in really hot weather. The GEL midsole makes this ASICS golf shoe pretty good for walking the course. If you're looking for a solid, all-around golf shoe that will last a long time and keep you comfortable while doing it, we don't hesitate to recommend the GEL-PRESHOT BOA.
