The standout feature of The Trainer, as with all Biion shoes, is that its upper is made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). This is the smooth, lightweight, stretchy, rubber-like material. It's a very innovative concept, and one that definitely works for a certain demographic. Those in search of casual versatility will love what this hybrid golf shoe has to offer. However, those who demand a high level of support and overall golf-specific performance will be left wanting more. What's great about EVA uppers is that although they're not waterproof, they are great for water. In fact, they are basically meant to get wet. Perhaps this works well for those who find themselves chasing water balls! All jokes aside, the Biion Trainer Golf Shoe is super comfortable and versatile. Just don't expect much in terms of golf-specific performance.
