The Callaway Solana TRX V2 is very similar to the original Callaway Solana TRX. This is a good thing, as we loved the original. While they look slightly different, and have different cushioning technology, the overall feel is very similar. However, we did find this new cushioning technology to add just that extra bit of bounce and comfort that is noticeable over hours on the golf course, particularly if you're walking. The DX midsole is not only really comfortable, but it provides more natural feel, which is always welcome. This Callaway golf shoe is also pretty breathable and solidly waterproof, making it a great option for year-round use. The traction system has changed in this model, which has removed 2 cleats and replaced them with permanent traction. It feels great when walking and most importantly, during the swing. You definitely don't have to worry about any slippage on the course. As with most Callaway golf shoes, the Solana TRX V2 is one of the best values out there right now for high-performing performance golf shoes.
