While the FootJoy Flex LE3 Women's golf shoe is very similar to the other Women's Flex models, it is different enough to warrant a separate review. As we expected, the Ladies Flex LE3 looks really cool and sporty/casual, and provides plenty of comfort. The foam upper feels great, particularly when walking, and definitely allows the foot to breathe. As with other Ladies Flex models, the FLEX LE3 Women isn't waterproof, obviously defining the shoe as summer-specific. The overall performance of the Womens Flex LE3 isn't fantastic, lacking a bit in support and grip. That being said, the traction system does feel great for walking and is really versatile. Which brings us the our last point, which is that the Women's Flex LE3 can easily be worn off the course as well. We recommend this women's golf shoe for those playing in warmer, dryer conditions seeking comfort and versatility.
