The StratoFoam cushioning system uses a proprietary blend of materials to provide optimal support and comfort for conditions encountered while playing golf – swinging, walking and everything in between. We're really happy that FootJoy has continued the Pro/SL line for as long as they have. Each successive model just gets better and better. The consistency of performance, durability and comfort in each generation continues to be among the best. This latest FootJoy Pro/SL model is extremely comfortable. The newest foam/cushioning technologies combine to create a perfect balance of soft cushioning, rebound and stability. We love how FJ has kept the high standard of waterproofing in the newest Pro/SL model. You can wear this shoe in harsh conditions without a problem. It also holds up ok in hot conditions, which makes it pretty ideal for year-round play. The spikeless traction system in this newest Pro/SL model is pretty much the same as the previous model, which grips extremely well on the course, yet feels excellent when walking as well. We've always been a huge fan of the power harness in Pro/SLs, which adds that extra bit of lateral and medial stability. We recommend the FJ Pro/SL for the advanced golfer who can appreciate all the performance and comfort on offer.
