The Mizuno Wave Cadence is the latest of the brand's golf shoe collection to become more widely available. It was designed with hot summer days in mind, and thus isn't recommended for year-round play. The Wave Cadence is very breathable, and without a doubt keeps your feet cool. However, it isn't very waterproof, and at best guards against morning dew. This being said, when compared to other sport style golf shoes, the Wave Cadence holds its own in the waterproofing department, and is closer to the top when it comes to breathability. Its traction system is very effective, as is its overall support. We recommend the Wave Cadence for more advanced golfers who frequently walk the course in warm to hot conditions.
