The New Balance Women's Minimus SL doesn't stray far from other New Balance women's golf shoes in terms of looks and performance. It features REVlite midsole technology that provides the same (if not better) comfort of other midsoles while dropping you 4mm closer to the ground, which enhances feel. This of course, is not for everyone. It does take some getting used to, as you will be shorter than with most other golf shoes. The NDurance outsole, for a spikeless design, is average in our opinion. Although the Women's Minimus SL isn't very waterproof, it is really breathable, which makes it better for hot, dry conditions. While you could say the overall performance of this women's golf shoe is average, the price is better than average, making it a great bargain. We recommend the Minimus SL Women for mid-level golfers looking for comfort and breathability.
