Interestingly enough, the answers aren't easy to find. Until now. Please allow us to applaud ourselves for putting all this informatino in one place! Joking aside, this information is useful knowledge, because, well, if the best players in the world wear these shoes, they must be good enough for us. Below you'll find a weekly update of the winner of the tournament that week and which golf shoes they wore. We've also compiled a list of the top 20 golfers in the world, based on the official world golf rankings, and their shoe of choice.
What Golf Shoes do the Pros Wear?
Tommy Fleetwood was the latest winner on the DP World Tour with victory at the Dubai Invitational, which was held at Dubai Creek Resort in Dubai, UAE. He finished strong with birdie, birdie wearing the Nike Tiger Woods '13. This is definitely one of the most popular and recognizable of the TW Nike golf shoes. Interestingly enough, when you expand from the top the 20 to the top 50 players in the world, FootJoy comes out head and shoulders above the rest in terms of popularity, with roughly 40% of of the top 50 wearing their golf shoes. Second is Nike, with about 20% of the top 50 sporting their shoes.
In regards to the specific golf shoe of choice among the best players in the world:
