The PUMA FUSION Classic Spikeless Golf Shoe is very similar to its predecessor, the PUMA Original G. They share similarities both in terms of aesthetics and performance. The biggest noticeable difference is that the FUSION Classic utilizes FUSIONFOAM technology in the midsole, which adds more energy return and overall comfort. On the negative side, this FUSION Classic version is only water-resistant, whereas the Original G had a one year waterproof guarantee. In a nutshell, the PUMA FUSION Classic golf shoe is pretty awesome. Okay, so it doesn't perform among the top golf shoes, but it beats most in terms of style. Let's face it, most people buying this shoe are doing it for fashion. And in this regard, it doesn't disappoint. This is not to say that its performance is disappointing, it's just simply average. It's really clever how they hid the golf-specific traction in the outsole, which means that from the top and side view, you wouldn't be able to distinguish this model from the original classic model. All in all, the FUSION Classic is a hip, stylish golf shoe that holds its own on the course.
