What we say:

We love what Tomo has done with the Volume 1X Women. What started as a summer shoe in the original Volume 1 Women has turned into a year-round, all-weather golf shoe. To state the obvious, the Volume 1X Women is less breathable but more waterproof than the Volume 1 Women. This isn't to say that it overheats, which means it can certainly still be worn in warm/hot conditions quite comfortably. We love how the premium leather feels, mainly because it's quite thin and supple. The leather upper also provides the shoe with a bit more support than the mesh Volume 1 Women. However, in our opinion, this is still the area that could improve the most. The traction systems of both Volume 1s are the same, which is great for walking and grips decently as well. The Women's Volume 1X costs considerably more than the Women's Volume 1, due to it's quality leather upper. We recommend the Ladies Volume 1X for those in search of style, durability and comfort, and need a golf shoe they can wear year-round.
