As you may have guessed, the Under Armour HOVR Drive Woven golf shoe shares the same design and technology as the original UA HOVR Drive, with the only difference being the woven instead of leather upper. This provides slightly better breathability and slightly less waterproofing, although it still comes with a 2 year limited waterproof warranty. The Under Armour HOVR Drive Woven certainly lives up to the company's solid reputation. No only does it look cool, but it boasts amazing comfort. We weren't sure how much of the HOVR technology was just a marketing ploy, but it really does add lightweight comfort, which makes this shoe very good for walking year-round. We say "year-round" because it has fairly effective waterproofing, and won't overheat in extreme summer conditions. Along with all this awesomeness comes even more, in the way of traction and support. As with some of our other favorite UA golf shoes, the HOVR Drive Woven has Rotational Resistance Traction, which pretty much eliminates any chance of slipping. Do keep in mind that the woven fabric is harder to keep clean than leather, so extra maintenance is required.
