It was pretty much love at first sight when it comes to Chevalier golf shoes. We've always had a soft spot for classic style golf shoes, and these just really hit the spot. However, we couldn't base our review on looks alone, so we dove deeper into the product. What we found actually surprised us a bit. We were expecting high quality, handmade golf shoes that performed average at best. However, we weren't expecting the solid overall performance they provide, particularly in terms of comfort and support/stability. Lurking under the classic aesthetics are modern technologies such as an EVA midsole and a really responsive insole. This comfort combined with a spikeless outsole actually makes Chevalier golf shoes quite good for walking. When it comes to classic style golf shoes, they actually don't get much more comfortable than this. For a handmade, premium quality golf shoe such as this, we were expecting something well over $200, so we find the price very reasonable indeed. We recommend Chevalier golf shoes for those who place an emphasis on style and quality.
